FOR APPLICANTS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
Since the Intuitive Foundation is a non-profit organization, we MUST obtain a non-profit equivalency report to ensure your organization's non-profit status. We use a third-party organization, NGO Source, to help with the verification process.

We need the following information from your Institution so that we can begin working on the non-profit equivalency report:
• Legal name of the Institution receiving the funding
• Complete address for the Institution
• Contact information (Name, title, phone number, and email) for someone within the Institution who can provide information on the non-profit status of the Institution. This can be someone from your legal, finance, or program teams.
